COMPANY UPDATES:

  • Change of Health Insurance Provider

    • New health insurance plan goes into effect on July 1, 2021. Your new insurance cards will be mailed the first week of July.

    • New health insurance company is Aetna and there is still a Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).

    • Your maximum annual out-of-pocket deductible is $2,000 for Employee Only Plan (The Aetna Plan maximum deductible is $6,750 and then WAS reimburses you up to $4,750 through the HRA) or $4,000 for Employee + Spouse/Children/Family Plan (The Aetna Plan maximum deductible is $13,500 and then WAS reimburses you up to $9,500 through the HRA)

    • No more coinsurance!

    • The total cost for Employee Only for medical, dental, and vision is $100/month or $23.08/paycheck.

    • The total cost for Employee + Spouse for medical, dental, and vision is $553.23/month or $127.67/paycheck.

    • The total cost for Employee + Children for medical, dental, and vision is $454.21/month or $104.82/paycheck.

    • The total cost for Employee + Family for medical, dental, and vision is $842.89/month or $194.51/paycheck.
